Hi Maria! Today was a world of a difference! Everything from the inviting waiting room that was kid friendly to the sonogram room that had multiple screens and comfortable seating for me and my guests. Thank you so much for making it such a special experience. Last weeks sonogram was on Friday so I was 27 w and 6 d. I will be sure to let my friends know and my OB has asked me who to refer her patients to so I will be sure to let her know the difference in experience too! I was a repeat customer for (Competitor’s Name Removed) and unbeknownst to me she had downgraded her sonogram technology- it wasn’t “live”. I am not sure why I had chosen (Competitor’s Name Removed) 3 years ago – perhaps it was appt availability as my inlaws were in town? I appreciate you want constructive criticism and am sure that’s why you’ve been so successful – to be honest I have none for you. You exceeded my expectations and made my day :) I will also make a yelp review for you! Thanks again for everything and archer has loved his new bird – he’s still snuggling with it!
