You must either come in together or both prepay for your sessions in advance if you will not be scheduling appointments together. Call for full details!

    Important Information

    • Gender Determination Packages: Gender sessions are performed at the same low price any day during the week as well as weekends. On Saturdays & Sundays, 2D sessions are performed in our standard size exam room and can accommodate up to 3 additional guests. On weekends, you have the option to reserve our family sized theater scanning room for an additional $29. This room can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests; Room reservation must be made prior to your appointment date. On weekdays, ALL sessions, including gender, are usually performed in our larger family sized exam room!
    • Discounted specials cannot be combined with other coupons or gift cards.
    • Second Visits: Payment for second visit must be made during your first appointment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. You must bring your CD back to the next session to avoid a $35 charge for an additional CD of images. We STRONGLY recommend you schedule before 35 weeks in the event you deliver early. No delivery exceptions for refunds will be made at 35 wks+. A $35 processing fee will be charged on any approved refunds.
    • Please call to verify eligibility of any coupon or discount offer.
    • Cancellation policy: Please allow us 48 hours for all cancellations to avoid a $50 fee.
    • No-Show policy: All “no shows” will be billed a one time $50 charge.
    • Return Visits: Appointments for return visits must be made during the week (Monday – Friday). Return visits may not be scheduled on weekends or open holidays. For multi-visit packages, only one weekend/holiday appointment is allowed. If we permitted multiple visits on weekends we would be booked so far in advance that you would likely not be able to get even one appointment. Moms who purchased our 2 visit package received significant savings; In the event you still need a duplicate weekend/holiday visit you can opt to pay $49 for an additional weekend/holiday session.
    • Refund Policy: There are no refunds on services rendered or pre-purchased sessions. Remember, you are paying to see whatever baby is showing you live in his/her environment during your session. Any CDs will be replaced upon immediate receipt of defective CD. Uncooperative gender sessions are invited back at no additional fee. If baby is showing absolutely nothing during the first 5-10 min, mommy has an option to stop the session and complete the remaining portion at a later date. Hydration is key to clarity.     • Technician Requests: Schedules subject to change, There are no guarantees on specific technicians working the day of your scheduled appointment.
